Your project is managed by a professional
The owner and director of Rossi Painters, is the Job Site Supervisor he will personally oversee your entire painting project from start to finish. He will meet with you to give you a quote and he will also return and carry out the work, accompanied by his employees. He will keep you informed on the status of the project, answer your questions and address your concerns.
The importance of Preparation.
Remember when receiving quotes be sure to find out what preparation is included, and the type of preparation. The workers must take time to move your furniture, apply tape where necessary to protect areas. Rossi Painters take pride in the preparation stage, this will give a more finished look for the end result and the time frame the paint will remain looking fresh will be extended significantly.
The preparation is what will give you your monies worth and can only be achieved by using professional and fully qualified painters.

Interior House Painting
At Rossi Painters we have found through experience that a systematic approach helps us to deliver the quality job that we have promised you. Below are the general steps we will take on your project. Your situation may vary depending upon your needs as outlined on your Proposal.
Set-up.
Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths.
Prepare.
Based on your requests, holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled; stains are sealed, and surfaces are scuff sanded.
Paint.
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.
Clean.
Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials are removed.
Exterior House Painting
Wash.
As per your proposal, areas are either power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew.
Surface Preparation.
Based on your proposal, all loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.
Paint.
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.
Clean.
Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.
Inspect.
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete the feedback card for the crew.
